For this project, we were asked to research a topic in which we could deep dive and collect a large amount of information in order to produce a 24 x 36 poster.
I chose to research capitalist monopolies in America. My goal was to show the history and unfair power of monopolies in the American economy. I took much inspiration from the popular board game "Monopoly".

The second part of this project involved creating a typeface to include in our poster. I decided to design a simple serif font because I found it to be similar to old advertising lettering and signage. This font is used in the center title of the poster.
